Sturehof is a Swedish bistro (with a French twist) with a bar and a dj-set. Outside, the straw chairs and round tables remind of Paris. Inside, grey blue walls, a glass window with printed shapes of fish and coral, white tablecloths and friendly service. You can eat until late or dance in the room next-door. Pop music is playing in the background. The dinner starts with delicious fresh prawns, salmon and herring quenelle and a pint of Swedish beer. The Deep-fried fish is served on a bed of potato purée, fresh peas and cubes of crunchy pancetta, while the Salmon (like you’ve never tried before) comes with potatoes and dill crème fraîche. Tack Sturehof!
