His illustrations take us on an imaginary treasure hunt at the discovery of the hottest restaurants in town. After years writing for music and travel magazines Gianluca switched to gastronomy, first with his own food show on the radio, then contributing to other food magazines. Today, he writes a column about wine and food tourism on Touring Club magazine. As food illustrator he’s collaborated with Repubblica, RCS, Condé Nast, Giunti, Guido Tommasi Editore, Identità Golose, Gazzetta Gastronomica, among others. He has invented a personal language of words and drawings. These two worlds converge in his first book, Pret A Gormet, an ironic guide to fine dining, illustrated through words and drawings.
